Article 1 – Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made by the Seller through the Site.
1.2 When entering your tax code during a purchase, this means you are acting as a Consumer, as defined by Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005). A Consumer is an individual acting for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, professional, or artisanal activities.
If you enter a VAT number (yours or a company’s), you are purchasing as a Professional. A Professional is a natural or legal person acting within their business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity. The implications of purchasing as a Consumer or as a Professional are explained further in this document.
1.3 Timeframes are business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). Images and descriptions on the Site are indicative only. Colors may differ from reality due to device display settings.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on the Site. You are advised to check the latest version before making any purchase.
1.5 The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time the purchase order is sent.
1.6 These Terms do not cover sales of goods/services by third parties accessible via links, banners, or other connections on the Site. The Seller is not responsible for third-party services, products, or website content.
1.7 You must carefully read these Terms as well as all other information provided by the Seller on the Site during the purchase process.
1.8 The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, arising from use or inability to use the Site. The Seller does not guarantee that (i) the Site is free of viruses, or (ii) that the information provided is accurate, complete, or up to date.
1.9 Orders cannot be placed via email or phone, unless specifically agreed with the Seller.
1.10 All content on the Site is owned by the Seller or third parties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written consent.
Article 2 – Purchases on the Site
2.1 To purchase, follow the process on the Site and provide the requested information. The sales contract is concluded when the order reaches the Seller’s server.
2.2 You must promptly inform the Seller if you suspect misuse or unauthorized disclosure of your information.
2.3 You guarantee the accuracy of your personal details and agree to indemnify the Seller against any damages or liabilities arising from false information.
2.4 The Seller may refuse orders from users who have previously violated these Terms.
2.5 Sending an order implies acceptance of these Terms.
2.6 The Seller is the sole contractual counterparty for purchases on the Site.
2.7 The Seller may operate under its trade name (“We” or “Our”) in communications.
2.8 The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for service interruptions.
2.9 After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing Seller details, product characteristics, total price, any additional costs, withdrawal rights or exclusions, shipping address, and chosen payment method.
2.10 Product colors shown are indicative and may differ from reality.
Article 3 – Product Availability
3.1 Products are limited in quantity. It may happen that a product becomes unavailable after ordering. Pre-orders are possible, requiring advance payment. If timing provided by the Seller is not accepted, the order is canceled and refunded.
3.2 Availability information is not displayed on the Site; you may contact the Seller directly.
3.3 If a product is unavailable, you may cancel the contract or accept a discount voucher.
3.4 Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within 5 days.
3.5 If you cancel due to unavailability, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Article 4 – Prices
4.1 Prices include VAT (for EU). For non-EU countries, customs duties/taxes are borne by the buyer.
4.2 WEEE (electronic waste recycling contribution) does not apply.
4.3 Prices may change, but the applicable price is that at the time of order.
4.4 Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
4.5 Ownership transfers at delivery to the carrier. Risk transfers when you or your nominee physically receive the product.
4.6 Orders are canceled if payment is not received.
4.7 If a pricing error occurs, the Seller may inform you even after the order. You can accept the corrected price or cancel.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
5.1 Payments can be made using methods shown on the Site.

Payments are authorized only after card verification and approval. Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2) may apply.
5.3 Bank transfers are not accepted.
5.4 Cash on delivery is not accepted unless agreed.
5.5 Discount codes/vouchers are valid for one purchase, not exchangeable for cash.
5.6 PayPal is available; payments are managed directly by PayPal.
5.7 Prices are not personalized based on user behavior.
5.8 Due to technical reasons, the Site does not show the lowest price in the last 30 days.
5.9 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 Delivery is available in Europe. See the “Shipping” section on the Site.
6.2 Delivery is fulfilled once you gain physical possession or control of the product.
6.3 Standard delivery: 5 days from order.
6.4 Seller may deliver within 30 days. You should check packaging integrity and note any issues on the delivery receipt.
6.5 Products can be delivered to a pickup point (if available). Non-collection may lead to contract cancellation (minus shipping fees).
6.6 Store pickup is available (if offered).
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Consumers should carefully read this section.
7.2 Withdrawal applies only to Consumers, not Professionals.
7.3 Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

7.4 Notice of withdrawal must be sent before expiry of the period.
7.5 Return costs are borne by the Consumer.
7.6 Refunds (including delivery costs, if applicable) are issued within 14 days. Seller may withhold refund until goods are received.
7.7 Goods must be returned intact, unused, with all accessories, labels, and packaging.
7.8 If goods are returned damaged or used beyond normal inspection, refund may be reduced.
7.9 Return shipping costs and risks are borne by you.
7.10 Product replacement may be requested, but is at the Seller’s discretion.
Article 8 – Legal Warranty of Conformity
8.1 Applies only to Consumers.
8.2 Seller is liable for defects within 2 years of delivery. Claims must be made within 26 months.
8.3 Defects appearing within 12 months are presumed pre-existing unless proven otherwise.
8.4 Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
8.5 Misuse or improper handling voids warranty.
8.6 For Professionals, warranty is under Civil Code (8 days to report, 1 year limitation).
Article 9 – Manufacturer’s Warranty
Products may not have a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated. Legal Warranty always applies.
Article 10 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governed by Italian law.
10.2 For Consumers, jurisdiction is their place of residence/domicile. For Professionals, jurisdiction is where the Seller is located (Cagliari).
10.3 The Seller will provide ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) information if requested.
10.4 Consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10.5 Consumers may still take disputes to ordinary courts, regardless of ADR outcome.

11.2 Response time: approx. 5 days.

12.1 Currently, the Site does not allow users to post reviews.
