Shipping Methods

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via express courier. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

  • Italy: 5 – 7 business days

  • International: 7 – 15 business days (tracked express shipping)

Missed Delivery

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us using the “Contact Us” button on our website. We kindly ask that you wait until the delivery window has expired before reaching out.

Make sure the email address provided with your order is correct and active, as we may need to contact you regarding your shipment.

Delivery Address

It is essential that the shipping address entered at checkout (or linked to your PayPal account) is complete and accurate. Please include all necessary details, such as:

  • A valid phone number (for courier contact if needed)

  • Any additional delivery instructions that may help ensure successful delivery

Returns & Refunds

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at orders@aa-merch.com.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, using a tracked shipping service, at the customer’s expense.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used or worn.

Once the return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the product immediately.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you will not be required to return it. In this case, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. Please contact our Customer Service team to report any issues.
